Is single copy template primarily a disk space saver? I was hoping it would also ease rolling out changes into production. For example: This is what I am trying.

1. Open a form in a browser in a database that inherits from a single copy template.
2. Make a change to the same form in the template.
3. Refresh the browser and hope the changes appear.

I look at the design of the database that inherits from the SCT and I see the change but after refreshing the browser I see no changes.

So, I guess my question is with SCT do I still need to 'Load Design' on the server to push all the changes out to the inheriting databases?
